You may create an account using your phone number (via OTP verification) or email address. Each individual is permitted one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or are inactive for extended periods.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Pro/Starter subscriptions are annual, one-time payments. They do not auto-renew.
All TSF scores, analytical algorithms, proprietary metrics, platform design, and content are the intellectual property of TSF and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any proprietary element of the Platform without prior written consent.

The Platform uses proprietary and third-party artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) for data extraction, scoring, and analysis.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Users must independently verify all information against primary sources such as BSE/NSE filings, annual reports, and official company disclosures before making any decisions.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
TSF shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or other losses arising from the use of or reliance on information provided on the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSF, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution of any dispute before initiating legal proceedings.
